The breakfast served was delicious, especially the scones!
Our stay included some frustrating aspects. The parking situation was quite limited, making it difficult to maneuver our larger vehicle. Additionally, we found the room to be a bit outdated and not as comfortable as expected. The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly, leaving us warm during the night.
-
missingWrote a review on 20 Novlimited parking
Parking can be a hassle, since only a couple of spaces are available, and moving vehicles around is necessary. The decor is somewhat dated with remnants from the 70s and 80s, which might not appeal to everyone. The beds didn't quite hit the mark for comfort. there's room for improvement here.

What a charming historic building with lots of character! Being just a short walk from downtown made it so easy to explore all the great shops and eateries. Maria was an exceptional host. she brought tea to our door and served a delicious breakfast each morning in the lovely garden. I especially loved the scones! This was a perfect getaway for us as a couple.

the historic charm is overshadowed by dreadful parking—only two measly spaces. I woudl ve been thrilled if the AC actually worked but alas, it only warmed up the room. surprisingly, no complimentary gesture for my troubles, almost wanted to write a nice review, but just couldn’t. very disappointing experience overall.

Our stay was delightful, especially the cozy
Queen Room. Maria's attention to detail made our mornings feel special, beginning with coffee and baked goods at our door. The only downside was the driveway's limited width, but Maria managed it well to ensure everyone was accommodated.

We had a fantastic time on our getaway! The location was perfect for exploring nearby wineries and biking along the lake. Maria's hospitality was top-notch. The garden breakfasts were a treat! We felt right at home and greatly enjoyed the beautiful decor of the house. Highly recommend for a relaxing trip with friends.
One downside was the low ceiling in the upstairs rooms. tall folks may need to be careful. I bumped my head a couple of times, which got a little annoying.
